Glazed Miso Salmon

  • cooking spray

  • ¼ cup sucralose and brown sugar blend (such as Splenda®)

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ cup hot water

  • ¼ cup miso paste

  • 8 (4 ounce) salmon fillets

  1. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven’s broiler. Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Whisk sugar blend, soy sauce, hot water, and miso paste together in a bowl.

  3. Arrange salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish. Brush miso mixture evenly over top.

  4. Broil in the preheated oven, basting a couple of time, until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes.
