  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

  • 1 (7 ounce) package banana nut muffin mix

  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix

  • 1 ⅓ cups water

  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed

  • ¾ cup crushed vanilla wafers

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 26 standard muffin cups with paper liners.

  2. Combine dry mixes in a large bowl with water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Fold in mashed bananas and crushed wafers. Pour batter into the prepared muffin cups.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
