Grilled Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches

  • 4 slices canned pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 sandwich rolls, split
